Is making a positive difference
4I started taking Alflorex tablets after a referral from the IBS Network. I started with a 30 day supply and started noticing the difference in my IBS symptoms and gut health after around 3 weeks. I also started a natural antioxidants to support gut health at the same, and thought it was a combination of the two products, but once I stopped taking Alflorex in favour of the other product, my IBS symptoms returned. I started taking Alflorex regularly again for the past few weeks and have seen a big difference in gut health. I will now be continuing to take these regularly as it makes a big difference to quality of life and hope my gut health continues to get even better.

A must for IBS
5If you have IBS I’d recommend these, they have helped me manage my IBS for several years and I tend to have less flare ups when taking these.

Invest in Gut Health!
5I read about these tablets a year or so ago and decided to try them out... ever since that day I've never missed taking one. They have made such a difference to my life. My partner also noticed the difference from me with less moaning and complaining ref issues with bloating and general feeling run down from poor gut health. He has now started taking them and also noticed the difference in his general health. Gut health impacts so much, worth investing in!

Really worth a try
4I would really recommend trying Alflorex for the management of IBS. The delivery service of my order was prompt too. It can take 4-6 weeks for your gut to adjust to the change of using probiotics so it is worth persevering, as i found to be the case for me. Really worth giving it a try.

Using for years!
5I’ve been using this probiotic for 4+ years since I’ve suffered with IBS and I haven’t gone without it. It’s truly been life changing for me. And also helped to balance other bacteria related illnesses including UTIs that I used to suffer with regularly, which I haven’t had since taken this every morning.
