Ingredients
- 100 g cranberries, frozen
- 100 g watermelon, deseeded
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 200 ml water
- 1 tsp runny acacia honey
- - Sparkling water to top up, approximately 300ml
Instructions
1.
Place the cranberries, watermelon, mint and honey with 200ml water in a blender and blitz.
2.
Pour over ice, then top with sparkling water.
