I love peanut butter. I love it on toast, in a sandwich with banana, or with apple slices as a snack. So, I thought I’d make it into a delicious smoothie to fill me up post-swim! Katy’s Peanut Butter, Apple, and Banana Blitz combines all these favourites into one creamy, satisfying drink that's perfect for refuelling and indulging your peanut butter cravings. Enjoy this quick and nutritious smoothie any time you need a tasty pick-me-up!
Number of plants:
3*Servings: 2

- 1 banana
- 1 apple (I use Pink Ladies as they are my favourite and super sweet)
- 1 big dollop of peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choosing)
- 100ml milk (skimmed cow’s milk, or a plant milk if you prefer - I imagine oat would be perfect, as its creamy), you can always add more as needed
- Ice cubes, to thicken, if desired.
Instructions

1.
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed.

2.
You can also add ~10g chia seeds to this smoothie for extra fibre, minerals, and omega 3 fatty acids.
