Ingredients

  • 20 mint leaves
  • 15 lemon verbena leaves
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

1.

Heat the water in a saucepan but don’t let it boil. 

2.

Remove from the heat and add the leaves. Cover with a lid and allow to stand for 20 minutes.   

3.

Strain into a jug and allow to chill in the fridge.
