Ingredients
- 150 g oats (check gluten free if avoiding gluten)
- 150 g Brazil nuts
- 100 g dark chocolate chips
- 100 g honey
- 75 g peanut or almond butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C/gas 4. Spread the oats on a baking tray and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool and transfer to a bowl.
Place the Brazil nuts in a food processor and roughly chop. Add the nuts and chocolate chips to the oats.
Place the honey and peanut butter into a saucepan and warm over a low heat until mixed together. Pour into the oat mixture and mix well.
Press the mixture over a lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Cut into bars.
