Ingredients
- 100 g Bran Flakes
- 100 g whole-wheat flour
- 50 g ground almonds
- 100 g sultanas
- 100 g canned pineapple, drained and crushed
- 100 g plain yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175°C.

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to make a lumpy mixture.

Spoon into muffin cases and bake for 20 minutes.
