Taken back control
5Originally found this product on Amazon but after suffering with IBS for years I thought I would give it ago. What a difference it has made, I no longer feel bloated and uncomfortable all the time. The pill I originally purchased where a lot smaller and easy to swallow. These ones are quite large, but after a quick email to customer service and a very quick response I discovered these are the newer stock with added calcium. Love the subscription service so you never run out.

Calms my bloating
5I use this along with molybdenum, zinc, vit d and magnesium, to cope with mercury toxicity. With a low sulphur diet, I can function okay again while I wait to have amalgam fillings removed via SMART protocol, and before I begin Cutler chelation protocol (the mercury diaries, Daniel Forsyth v helpful). These are great to boost my tired gut.

Always reliable
4I started taking these whilst on the lowfodmap diet, after a bout of SIBO. They are the only probiotic strain I can tolerate as I have such a sensitive gut, and they are always reliable. I wouldn't be without them. Delivery from Precision biotics is always quick too.

Life changer
5Having suffered with IBS for many years and been unable to find anything that helped - I purchased a cereal that claimed to have pro-biotics included in its recipe - I tried it and found that I did have a small improvement - this led me to research further into biotics in general - and I came across Alflorex - admittedly I was a little sceptical but felt it was worth try. This Precision Biotic has changed my life!! I had a little bloating at first which can happen but I worked through it - and now I simply could not live without this. It is amazing, and has certainly been the only thing that has ever worked for me. I am so convinced of the superpower in this little one-a-day capsule that I have registered to receive a repeated order. I take other medication for medical conditions and it has not contraindicated any of my prescription drugs. I am delighted with Aflorex, I only wish I had discovered it years ago! Just one minor point is the cost is a little high, but the discounted purchase when you sign up to the repeated delivery helps. I certainly would recommend Aflorex it really has been a life changer for me.

Great product
5I have tried lots of different probiotics and this is definitely the best I have used! I have IBD so finding anything that helps is so important to me and I have noticed a difference taking these. I stopped using them for a while as a test and didnt feel as good so im now back on them. Really recommend!

Probiotics Work
5After taking Alflorex for a good few weeks, my mild IBS seems to have virtually disappeared. I take one capsule at breakfast time, and the day certainly seems a lot better now.
