IBS help
4I bought this product as I have IBS-D and had tried other probiotics but didn’t feel they have helped. However I do feel Alflorex has helped me, I have used these alongside new medication for my IBS and I have been feeling better.Â

Excellent Results
5I was recommended to take this by a dietitian due to swallowing and motility issues. I can definitely say I have noticed some benefits after 2 months. I have also noticed less bloating. Definitely going to keep going with these to see if I notice further improvements.

Good stuff
5I've been using this product for 3 months as I suffer with IBS. I was getting a lot of mouth ulcers but they now they are gone and my digestive system is a lot better. I will leave another review in 3 months but so far it has really helped.

Made a massive difference to my IBS
5Was recommended these by my GP and have to say, they really do work! Whilst they start working almost immediately, you have to take them daily for around a month to see the full benefit. Also, unlike many other pro-biotics, the capsules don't have an offensive odour - they don't smell of anything. Trust me, they will make a difference to your bowel movements!

Amazing product
5I have been to the hospital and had several scans and spoke to top consultants about diverticulitis and severe bloating but nothing could be found. I heard of Doctor Perez promoting Alflorex, which I have been on now for over a year. For the first two month's there was no change but soon after that, I had no bloating, no diverticulitis, and no pains in the stomach. I definitely recommend other people to at least try these and see for themselves what relief they bring.
