5I’ve used other probiotics but I don’t feel they helped until I tried Alforrex which has really settled my stomach and the table inside the instructions is really useful tool.

Had an instant positive effect on IBS
5Having suffered from IBS-D for many years, I thought I would give these probiotics a try as they are the only probiotics I am aware of that have peer-reviewed scientific data. Almost instantaneously I noticed an improvement to my symptoms to the point at which I no longer consider myself to have IBS. Worth every penny

Great value
5I’ve started taking these for the past few weeks and I believe these are better than the one strand Alflorex. The price between the two isn’t much and I’d recommend paying a bit extra to have the Dual benefits. Especially when with the deal on the 12 week plan.

Too early to tell
4Too early to tell but I switched from another brand of probiotics to this one and it’s been a couple of months and I feel no worse and am continuing to avoid mid to lower bowel symptom so I believe they’re working.
