Possibly fixed my severe IBS
5I had ongoing severe IBS for years and tried so many different things. I’ve chat registered as a nutritional therapist, following my masters, so you can imagine all the things I would have tried being so passionate about health as I am. I’ tried multiple courses of this supplement because I was so happy with the results, as well as not having my ibs flare ups symptoms, I was less sensitive / not sensitive at all to foods I was sensitive to before. Gave me way more freedom to eat what n wanted without being nervous about how I would feel after, as there was literally a point in my life where I was too scared to eat anything because of my symptoms. I’m currently trying out a different probiotic from precision Biotics now, because I'm interested in targeting a different symptom and feel really happy about the quality. I would rather the b6 wasn’t in this formulae; is the very single thing I would say as it’s not the natural methylated form.

5Alflorex has changed things for me and my long term IBS. Helps with bloating and any pain which I usually experience. Has become a staple and I recommend it to family and friends.

Can’t live without
5I was recommended these by a dietitian and they have massively improved my gut health. I can really notice a decline if I forget to take them for a few days. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Fantastic probiotic
5I have been using these probiotics for quite a while with great results when I ran out I switched to another brand and I have to say I really noticed a difference (or rather I felt that they didn't do anything for me) So I have subscribed again and I found a real difference in a few days my bloating has improved greatly I know that probiotics can vary quite a lot but these really work for me I would strongly recommend them

5I’d been experiencing IBS C for years but the last several months had a big flare up and was recommended ALFLOREX Dual Action by my Dietitian. I’ve only been taken tablets for 1 week and already seen a big difference, hence will now sign up for a subscription.

5This product has been very good for me. The tablet comes in a small size so it’s very easy to swallow. Not like the other ones that are like 1 inch long !! And I have to say delivery is very fast. Mine came a day earlier than expected.

5Easy to store (don’t need to be refrigerated), and symptoms didn’t return after changing from another brand when they did before so I have confidence these are working.

4My wife and I both take Alflorex daily and are delighted with the results.....IBS hugely relieved...toilet activity greatly improved and much more regulated...overall gut seems completely controlled and comfortable...overall great results all round
