4Alflorex is as good as any other trusted brand. I do like the packaging and the effect it did to my digestive system. Of course it`s not a magical medicine but Alflorex helped to calm down the processes.

5I’ve noticed a difference in my energy levels since using. However I have only used for just over a week so I think I would need at least a month of use to give a full review as you can’t notice much change in a week. The tablets are easy to take, no taste or nasty after taste. The packaging is lovely so on that basis I would recommend to family and friends.
