I was a bit sceptica...
5I was a bit sceptical at first when using these and do feel you need at least a moth to feel full benefits. After a couple of weeks however I have noticed that my bloating has decreased and instead of it being every day it is once every few days. I think if you are looking to try and improve your gut health these are good, tables are easy to swallow and no strange taste/smell to the capsule.
