4I have to say that trying these was new to me. Have been taking the original version for years, slight powdery taste but still did the job. Felt happy and could see the results just as with the original formula. Looking forward to trying other supplements that have recently come out.

5I bought these for my daughter as she been suffering with her stomach for some time now and as a father with UC I completely understand how hard it is to have them problems. I take the tables and have done for sometime now so thought the chewable ones would be idea and I wasn’t wrong she’s been feeling good and it’s only been one month so am continuing to help her get to a better and healthier life that she wants.

Very easy to take
5I started taking these when the manufacturer changed the Alflorex capsules to include calcium. These chewable Alflorex are very easy to take . They do have a slight strawberry taste to them and can be taken at anytime. More importantly for myself they don't include calcium but do everything else Alflorex is intended for. The IBS is still under control and these chewable tablets without the added calcium don't give me indegestion. I just hope the manufacturer doesn't change them to include calcium.

A helpful addition to combat IBS symptoms
4This was prescribed by a health expert I went to see . I was a bit doubtful at first as I try not to take any kind of medications but I found after 2-3 weeks my symptoms were less severe and my digestion seemed to be working more smoothly. I take one a day before breakfast, though you can take them at any time. They are chewable and taste pleasant so quite soothing to take. They seem to work on improving the flora or biome of the gut and making food transit through the intestines easier and less painful. I would recommend them.

Best probiotic I've ever taken
5The best prebiotic I've ever taken. Love these chewable ones as they taste like sweets. One a day is all you need, keeps you regular. They are a bit more expensive than most but they're worth it..more research has gone into gut health and you can feel the benefits

Great taste and effective
4Needed an alternative to original Alflorex which had no calcium - this product fitted the bill perfectly. Not only does it have a pleasant taste, but it virtually dissolves on the tongue, so there's really no need to chew at all! Seems to have the same benefits, so would definitely recommend.
